1. Shipping within India is INR 120 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Post placing the order, after 4-5 business days (Saturday & Sunday is off) the product will be dispatched.
3. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp text with the tracking number of your package.
4. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned. Please provide the complete shipping address including pin code and a contact number.
5. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us.
6.Please note we cannot change delivery partners according to customer's preference.

For an example if you order size M from us which is 36 inches BUST and WAIST 30 inches you can make it from 36 inches to 38 inches and 30 inches to 32 inches if required (FROM LOCAL TAILOR)
AS WE KEEP EXTRA MARGIN Or You need to send us the product, we will do the alteration and send it back to you.
You need to inform us within 7 days of the delivery, and you need to send us within 7 business days and after receiving the product we need 7 business days to dispatch the altered product.
NOTE** During festive time the dispatch time and delivery time might differ due to festive rush in the month of SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER, the team is trying their best to get the products delivered as soon as possible.

In case of customization, you cannot exchange or return the products.
In case of customization, you cannot get any refund unless we send any damaged products.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGE PRODUCT
For any kind of damage to the product, our team needs a proper opening video from first to last where we could see the damages clearly. In this case we will arrange for the return or exchange within next 7 business days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
